4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are provided in offers or agreements.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Cancellation and Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- In case of cancellation of scheduled work, Plant Quality Solutions may charge for time and costs already incurred.
6. Liability
- Plant Quality Solutions exercises reasonable care and skill in providing its services and compiling any information or advice.
- Disclaimer: Any information, advice, or suggestions we provide are intended as general guidelines only and may need to be adapted to specific circumstances or customer needs. The use of such information or advice is entirely at your own risk.
- Plant Quality Solutions cannot accept any liability for damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of our information, reports, or recommendations, unless such damages are caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, missed savings, or business interruption.
- Our total liability, if established, is always limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service.

- All materials, reports, and advice provided by Plant Quality Solutions remain our intellectual property, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Clients may use provided materials only for their own internal purposes.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all confidential information strictly private.
- This obligation remains in force even after the termination of the agreement.
9. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
- Plant Quality Solutions processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Force Majeure

- Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
